HOW IS ONLINE COACHING DIFFERENT FROM PERSONAL TRAINING?In many ways online coaching is very similar to personal training. The most obvious difference is that online coaching helps you stay accountable: There are no in-person appointments and you will be doing your workouts independently. You can still ask questions and get detailed feedback by commenting on your workouts and updating your results. If you are becoming concerned about your exercise technique, you can get my personal analysis by uploading a short video of yourself. For me, the main benefit of online coaching is the amount of support that I am personally able to provide you with. My PT Clients might see me once or twice a week for an hour, but I communicate with my online clients daily!

I THINK I MIGHT PREFER ONE TO ONE PERSONAL TRAINING?I started my business exclusivley as a personal trainer and completley understand that many people prefer the experience of training with a professional in person. However, there are a few limitations to personal training, which is why I created this online coaching service to get rid of the limitations: 1) There are no waiting lists for services! 2) You don't have to travel out of your way to make appointments! 3) You will be able to communicate with me all week, rather than in between rest periods during a PT Session! It's more important to remember that online coaching isn't for everyone. If you would prefer to have: Less overall contact But More hands on support Then conventional personal training is likely a better fit for your needs.

DO I NEED ACCESS TO A GYM?Not necessarily. You can train at home or outdoors but, I would recommend using a gym if possible. As having more equipment at our disposal will offer a greater range of oppotunities and variety.

SOUNDS GREAT! HOW DOES IT WORK?"Glad You Asked!" Here is what you can do from day 1 onwards: STEP 1: Consultation! During our in-depth conversation, we will get to know eachother and establish your goals and training requirements. STEP 2: Gain access to the Fitness Shed App! Once everything is set in place, you can download and set up your profile on my online app, where you'll be able to: • View and update your workouts • Save your training data • View your personalised nutrition guidelines • Record and track your nutrition • Securely store your personal information and progress photos • Communicate with me via the instant messenger ****BONUS**** You will be added to my private groups on social media, where I post; article, videos and answer questions to help everyone! STEP 3: Get Moving! All your workouts will be on the app, ready to start at the touch of a button! • The frequency and length of your workouts will be agreed in your intial consultation and can easily be adjusted as necessary. • Workouts will take into account the equipment you have available and any other changing requirements you may have. Like holidays etc. • Every exercise comes with a demo video, done by me so you can be clear on technique. • Includes specific instructions from me on how to complete each exercise. • Fill in your results, such as how much weight you lifted, number of repetitions and sets etc. • You can use the comments box to give me any feedback about the workout, changes that need made or any questions you may have! STEP 4: Get Coached! • Recieve specific tips and advice to help you get more from your workouts • Technique assesment on any videos you upload, so you can be sure that you are getting it right. • Check ins at least once a week, regarding workouts, nutrition and are on target to reach your goals!

WILL I GET ENOUGH COMMUNICATION WITH MY COACH?I'll be available on the app and on social media every single day to communicate with you! If you have any questions regarding workouts or exercises, you can leave feedback on the workout before you finish. You can leave me questions or comments via the instant messenger function. There are also weekly check ins where I provide feedback as well as video and phone consultations. One thing I do not do, is hand-holding: You can't rely on me to convince you to go to the gym or constantly remind you to follow your nutrition plan. You are 100% accountable and responsible for your thoughts and actions..... And that's a good thing!
