I started using the app at first as a hobby, when I was training with no experience or knowledge.
I wanted to gain strength and put on mass as I was skinny and unhappy with my current shape.
I loved how I had a wide range of workouts, exercises and intensities that I could choose from. This had a massive impact and has improved my body and strength overall.
I am glad I have started using the app as it has had a major positive impact and was a game changer with my training.
The knowledge I have learnt from being online and my confidence has grown that much, that I went and done the Personal Training course myself, and now have a passion to help others.!
