I started the fitness shed a few years ago and I haven't looked back since!


I Had been to a few personal trainers the previous years before joining the Fitness Shed Online, training for a few half hours sessions a week and not getting any results.


 I can honestly say the difference in my results and mind set has been massive since joining the Fitness Shed Online. I now train 3-4 times a week hourly. 

I am happy with my weight and body image for the first time in my life!

I love hitting the gym every morning and training, myself with the app.


I Always thought that I needed someone pushing me through workouts, but I've being doing it all with the help of the online training. 


The support is all there in the app!

I need the gym now like I need breakfast every morning!
